Chris is a local family man who doubles as a top-notch real estate professional, one of the best in Rutherford county. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Chris has been helping clients buy and sell homes around the area for almost 20 years. He has been the top performing agent on the team for the past 3 years. In 2020, Chris created The Chris Smith Group after having the most successful year of his career.
When Chris isn’t getting deals done, you will find him soaking in as much time as he can with his family: Robin, Nate, Lilly and Neely. They all love to do anything outdoors, camping, fishing, four-wheelin’, you name it! Football season is Chris’s favorite time of year. If he’s not cheering for the Titans you’ll find him rooting for Alabama, especially on New Year’s Day.
Testimonials
"Chris was very helpful in accommodating my needs and my family’s needs. Every time I had a request he found some way to make it work. As I’m was a first time home buyer any questions I had he was able to answer and made the process very easy."
by Giresh patel'Chris was great. Loved his honesty and his guidance. I had to neutralize my home which was hard for me. But I followed his suggestions to make my home more marketable and we got full asking price. The support staff at the office assisted greatly in smoothing out all the details of the paperwork. Highly recommend him.'
by edwinashannon"We just moved to the area from out of state, went to Homelight to find agent recommendations and within 10 minutes Chris was on the phone. Every time we needed Chris he was on the phone within minutes. He found us a home within three days and was always available within minutes right up to and including the closing. Even now if I call him for recommendation for a local contractor, Chris is right there. Everyone at Team Weeks that we dealt with was prompt and helpful, especially Katie Scott the Transaction Coordinator."
